Rob Sanchez

With over 30 years in the OR as a Certified Surgical Technologist and Surgical Assistant, Rob Sanchez has trained hundreds of future surgical professionals. As a former Program Manager at Miller-Motte Technical College and Instructor for Surgical Training Aids, Rob saw the need for realistic, reusable training tools that go beyond the textbook.

He created Synthesurg to fill that gap—starting from home-built models to a growing line of precision-crafted tools trusted by students and educators.
